Carriage wheels to big for body solid leg press

I brought 2 pairs of these wheels because my old ones have finally worn out I have the older version leg press/hack squat machine model number WLPH1000 On the description it states these carriage wheels fit both the body solid leg press/hack squat machines but when mine arrived they seem to be a lot bigger than my original ones Anyway I fitted them and noticed they was a very tight snug fit and didn’t spin much I put it down to being new and needed wearing in One pair have broke after a year and the bearings have blown to be fair the leg press motion was never that smooth and sometimes stiff even with silicone spray I’m thinking are these the right ones which was delivered in the first place
